Line of Credit




Does my line of credit have a maturity date?

There is no set maturity date, and you can repay at any time without penalty.


How often do I pay interest?

You will be billed monthly for interest accrued on the portion of the credit line that is in use.


Are there any fees to have the line in place?

There are no maintenance or annual fees associated with the line of credit. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees for other charges that may apply.


How do I verify my credit limit and view information about my line of credit?

You can access your account balance and transaction information by phone or online. (log into your account and navigate to “My Accounts”).


How do I access my line of credit?

Once the line is in place, you can access your account via wire transfer, funds transfer or line of credit checks, if you selected this option upon application. If you did not select this option and would like to order checks now, contact us at 855.804.0288.

Note: Credit line checks are not available for all of our credit line products.

How can I enroll for online statements?

It takes just a minute to switch to online statements. Log into your account and navigate to “Account Services > Change document delivery method.” You will be provided with disclosures and information about electronic statements and will be asked to consent to receiving your statements electronically.

You will receive one more paper statement after you sign up for online statements*. You can easily save your statements to your personal computer, or choose “Download Banking Transactions” on the Accounts page to download your account history to Quicken®, MS Money® or other accounting software. You can also print your statement if you need a paper copy (Adobe Reader is required).

*Only statements generated after the online activation date will be available for online viewing. Statements are produced only if there is an outstanding balance on your account.


I can’t remember my user ID or password.

Your user ID for online access was included in the welcome letter you received from us when you opened your account. We sent your password by email if your email address was provided at account opening; otherwise, a password letter was mailed. If you cannot find this information, please call us at 855.804.0288, and we will be happy to help.


Will I receive a Form 1098 for the interest I paid on my line of credit?

You will not receive a tax form for your line of credit. A Form 1098 is used to report mortgage interest of $600 or more. Learn More


Can I initiate an automatic payment (ACH Debit) from my account at another financial institution to draw on my line of credit?

Automatic payments (ACH Debit) initiated by a third party such as a financial institution to draw funds from the line of credit are prohibited. ACH Debits will be rejected. Please note that fees may be assessed by the initiating third party when ACH Debit transactions are rejected.
